My Services

I help my clients improve their eating habits, health and lifestyle in the long term, taking into account their unique nutritional needs, personal history, lifestage and readiness for change.

I particularly work with women who:
  • Struggle with their relationship with food and wish to find balance and peace of mind in the food choices they make.
  • Want to eat better to improve their health but are unsure of where to begin.
  • Are going through significant life stages (like pregnancy or menopause) and wish to adapt their eating habits to meet the nutritional requirements of this period and beyond.

How I work:

In our initial assessment, I will listen and collect information about your health history, current lifestyle, and dietary habits.

Together, we will set goals and priorities for the upcoming weeks or month(s) that are feasible for you. Based on our discussion and assessment, I will create a personalised nutrition strategy that will serve you as a guidance -for example- to 1) create and put together healthier meals, 2) select foods that offer more nutrients to your body, 3) find tasty and creative ways to introduce variety across your meals, 4) understand more about your hunger and satiety cues.

This strategy will be updated as needed to align with your evolving circumstances and progress.

I understand that changing behaviours takes time and can be challenging, especially with life's unexpected events, but I'm here to support you in utilising all the resources you have to achieve your goals!

  • When will I receive my nutritional plan or strategy?
I aim to send your personalised plan/strategy within 24 hours. This will be sent to the e-mail you have registered when scheduling an appointment.
  • Will I lose weight with your approach?
Although I don't focus our chat, nutritional assessment and/or goals on the amount of weight you may lose, it doesn't mean it's not a likely outcome that will naturally happen when you start making changes to your food intake and lifestyle. Often, many of us get too discouraged to carry on with changes if the weight loss suddenly stops or doesn't seem to be in the numbers we have imagined. I try, therefore, to emphasise other health and wellbeing benefits you will be gaining across the process.
  • How often should I have a follow-up?
Although this varies from person to person, I recommend 3 to 6 weeks between consultations. This allows sufficient time to learn more about how you have been able to implemment changes or recommendations considering how different weeks can be or feel.
