I'm a Nutritionist specialising in Public Health.

I know how hard it can be to let go of the idea that you need to look a certain way and believe that if you just follow that "next diet" things will change. I know how disempowering and damaging it can be to be constantly thinking about this.
There is so much freedom (and health benefits!) when you learn to nourish your body according to your specific needs and circumstances. It doesn't mean going on a "diet". It means stop seeing certain foods as "good or bad" and find a way to eat (and enjoy!) what your body needs in order to thrive. And all that whilst also savouring the other delicious moments life can bring. That is when the magic happens. Let me help you.
